Everyone who meets the entry criteria will be placed into the prize draw. Entries are not judged.

A participant can enter up to three times per weekly prize draw and each entry must be on a different platform – for example one entry via Realfood.Tesco.com, one via Twitter and one via Instagram. You can enter the same recipe, tip or hack or a different recipe/tip/hack but only one entry on each platform will be accepted. Any participant who enters more than once on either Realfood.Tesco.com, Twitter or Instagram will have their first entry accepted and all others on that platform will be disqualified.

There are six weekly prize draws in total. The first prize draw opens on Monday 13th April 2015 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Sunday 19th April 2015; the second prize draw opens on Monday 20th April 2015 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Sunday 26th April 2015; the third prize draw opens on Monday 27th April 2015 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Sunday 3rd May 2015; the fourth prize draw opens on Monday 4th May 2015 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Sunday 10th May 2015; the fifth prize draw opens on Monday 11th May 2015 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Sunday 17th May 2015; the sixth prize draw opens on Monday 18th May 2015 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Sunday 24th May 2015.
