This prize draw is open to UK (excluding Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of Mars Food UK and Asda, their families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion. 2. To enter, purchase a Dolmio Pasta and Sauce kit (any variety) from a participating Asda store or on-line at [https://www.asda.com] between 00:01 12 March and 23:59 30 May 2015 23:59 (the "Promotional Period"). Entrants should then visit https://www.ASDA.com/win and complete and submit the on-line form (providing name, address, contact telephone number and email address details) located at the Dolmio promotional page. Forms must be submitted during the Promotional Period to be valid and entered into the prize draw. An entrant should retain their Asda receipt confirming their purchase of a Dolmio Pasta and Sauce kit, as winners will be required to submit these as proof of purchase. Delivery of a qualifying on-line purchase must take place during the Promotional Period, to ensure that the entrant is in possession of a valid receipt. 3. A maximum of three entries per person. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries. Purchases of Dolmio Pasta and Sauce kits will be subject to availability during the Promotional Period. 4. There are thirty prizes to be won, consisting of 10 main prizes of £250 Asda vouchers and 20 runner-up prizes of £100 Asda vouchers. 5. The thirty winners will be drawn at random on 01 June 2015 under independent supervision from all valid entries. The first ten names will win £250 Asda vouchers, with the next twenty selected winning £100 Asda vouchers. 6. Asda vouchers awarded as prizes will be valid as per the date given on the vouchers and their redemption by winners will be subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Asda https://cards.asda.com/terms-and-conditions. 7. The result of the prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners. 8. Winners will be notified by email within 72 hours of the prize draw. Winners will be required to send in their Asda receipt as proof of purchase of a Dolmio Pasta and Sauce kit. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact a winner, or has not received their Asda receipt, within 14 days of the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner from all remaining entries with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible in the event that a winner has provided incorrect or incomplete contact details, resulting in them not receiving notification from the Promoter as a winner and/or subsequently not receiving their prize vouchers. 9. Winners will receive their prize vouchers by post within 42 days of notification as a winner by the Promoter. 10. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that fail to be registered or are delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. 11. Prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, in the event that the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason. 12. A maximum of one prize can be won per person. 13. Winners may be required to participate in future publicity. 14. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials or on https://www.ASDA.com/win. 15. Data submitted by entrants will be used for administration of the promotion only and will be deleted once all prizes have been distributed. Administration of the promotion will be conducted by Juice Creative Design Limited on behalf of the Promoter. 16. Winners' details (names and counties only) will be available for a 6-week period by sending an SAE to: Asda Voucher Promotion Winner, PO BOX 10155, Leicester, LE19 9BW, after 8th July 2015. 17. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or amend or temporarily suspend the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants. 18. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
