The Competition will open at 9am on Saturday 11 April 2015 and close at 8pm on Monday 13 April 2015 (the “Competition Period”).

The Competition is free to enter and open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Proof of age will be required. Employees of Three or their families, its agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Competition. Three reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the Competition and any prize, if awarded, must be returned immediately

The Competition will run during the Competition Period at the following selected Three retail store locations: i) London, Oxford Circus; ii) Manchester, Arndale; iii) Birmingham, High Street; iv) Cardiff, St David’s and; v) Glasgow, Buchanan Street (“Participating Store”).

There will be two winners in each Participating Store. The winners will be the first person with the name “Arya” and the first person with the name “Theon” to visit each Participating Store during the Competition Period and present valid photographic identification confirming their name and age (“Winner”). Three will accept a Deed Poll Certificate as confirmation of the Winner’s name if it is presented in conjunction with valid photographic identification. Three’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
Two prizes are available in in each Participating Store. Subject to availability, each Winner will receive their choice of either: 1 x LG G3 handset or 1 x Sony Z3 Compact handset (“Prize”). The Prize will be awarded to the Winner in the Participating Store at the time of their visit.
