ENTRY CRITERIA

• To qualify entrants must be a UK or Irish resident aged 18 and over as of or before the time of entering, they must hold a valid British or Irish Passport.
• Entry is not open to employees and partners of Ann Summers, icelolly.com or The Holiday Crew or any other person connected to this prize draw promotion.
• Entries are limited to one entry per person. Use of a false name or email address, or multiple entries will disqualify the entrant from receiving any prize.
• You warrant that the information you supply is complete, accurate and true. We reserve the right to ask any potential winner for documented proof of their name and passport status.
• No cash alternative will be available and all prizes are non-transferrable and non-negotiable. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

• The winner of the prize must respond within 7 days. If the winner does not respond within this time, we will re-draw and select an alternative winner.

• Any additional excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and event beverages.
• Taxes, visa costs and all other expenses (unless agreed in writing).
• Travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses.
• Travel to and from the hotel.
• Travel to and from home to the airport

Important Note:

• The prize holiday must be booked within the first consecutive three months of the date of notification (or the prize is forfeit and another prize winner will be drawn), in addition the prize holiday has to be taken up and completed within a 12 month window..
• The prize cannot be taken in peak seasons including Bank Holidays, Summer Peak Season, Christmas and New Years and half term school holidays.

#CantWaitForSummer Promotion Rules

1. Entry into this promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.

2. This promotion consists of four individual prize draws that will take place over four consecutive weeks from 30.04.15 to 28.05.15 respectively. Any UK resident, aged 18 or over, who plays the online Holiday Fantasy Game and submits their email address on the online form will be entered into that week’s draw. Only one entry per weekly draw is permitted.

3. Employees of Shop Direct Group companies and anyone else involved in the operation of the draw are excluded from entering.

4. Each week, a prize winner will be selected at random from all valid entries submitted that week. The winner will be selected within 2 days of the draw closing and will be notified by email within 7 days thereafter.

5. There are 4 prizes - one for each draw. Each prize consists of a £2,000 contribution to a holiday which must be booked with Ice Lolly. The winner must book the holiday within 3 months of being notified of their win and the holiday departure date must be within 12 months of the notification, otherwise the prize will be withdrawn. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will be subject to an administration charge payable by the winner.
