I think it is weekly according to this:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.classicfm.com, register their details and answer a question. Online entry will first open at 12.45pm on the 7th April and close at 08:59am on 8th May. Online entry will re-open for entry with a new competition every week from Friday 9am to Friday 08.59am every week. The final competition of this weekly competition will close at 08:59am on Friday 8th May.
