MW2 Remake for New Gen

Just read that they are remaking Call Of Duty MW2 for PC/Ps4/Xbone

This makes me a happy gamer as i spent many moons playing MW2 on the 360 and can't wait to waste more of my life playing it

You had me really excited at reading MW2 was getting a remake, as for my generation that means MechWarrior 2 (one of the earliest PC games to make use of 3D cards and an awesome game):)

Where did you read this? I know there was info about it last year (Petitions etc) but not seen anything since then

All Ive heard so far (nothing confirmed ) is that the next 1 could be a sequel to WaW, this is what I had read plus I read it in an Xbox One magazine.

Have also read about the petition for a remastered version of MW2, I don't want a remastered game, I'd rather have a sequel to WaW.

I'd prefer they cut the "HD remake" crap & make new damn games, honestly it's getting beyond a joke! Nothing against MW2 which was a decent wee game, but this is not what the games industry needs.

To be honest i agree with you, but as there hasn't been a good call of Duty since MW3 (which was questionable). I doubt we're gunna get anything ground breaking in the pipeline for a LONG time unfortunately.

Certainly odd since PC gamers were likely playing it in HD anyway.

Treyarc have already announced its to develop the next COD episode in the franchise.


whether its ground breaking is another question and can only be determind via playing it when its released.
