8. Prize 4

9. The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)
4. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):
. a) Sky’s full TV package terms and conditions: Each winner will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract). After expiry of the winner’s 12 months' free viewing, unless the winner cancels or changes their package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply (see www.sky.com for details). Sky+ subscription is included in the winner’s Sky TV subscription and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. The winner will need Sky+HD professionally installed even if the winner already has a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up. The winner must keep their Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If the winner needs a minidish the winner will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation Multiroom is not included in the Prize. Existing Sky digital customers will receive a free subscription to Sky’s full TV package, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box and a free subscription to the HD Pack for 12 months.
. b) Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
. c) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. d) Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
6. e) Prize 1: Delivery of 32” HDTV and Home Cinema System can take up to 28 working days from the day that the winner provides their delivery address.
7. f) Prize 2: Ultimate Night In Prize for 6 Includes: Luxury wicker family hamper including a selection of 18 gourmet snacks and soft drinks; 6 x luxury cotton onesies in a selection of colours; 6 x pairs of white waffle slippers; 1 x Popcorn maker; 1 x Bag of popcorn kernels; 6 x Retro popcorn holders; Secure delivery within mainland UK to one address only. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Some products may require a signature for delivery; Secure delivery within mainland UK to one address only.
8. g) Prize 3: Delivery of iPad Air 64GB (WIFI only) can take up to 28 working days from the day that the winner provides their delivery address.
9. h) Prize 4: Prize Trip for 2 adults to Vancouver includes: Return flights from major international UK airports to Vancouver; Return airport transfers in Vancouver; 5 nights’ hotel accommodation in Vancouver, with a minimum four-star rating, based on sharing a double/twin room; Daily breakfast; Small group tour to Whistler; Travel insurance. Flights available from major international airports in UK only; Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 74 or over; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter, UK bank holidays; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning and travel must be booked and completed before that point; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one guest must be aged 21 or over; Any travellers aged under 18 must have prior parental or guardian permission; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
The Promoter will ensure that the Competition Terms and Conditions reserve the right for the Promoter to substitute the Prize (or an element thereof) for an equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. The Promoter shall exercise this right where reasonably instructed to do so by Sky (provided that Sky is responsible for supplying the relevant substitute prize(s)).
