heart is a total pain. Whoever deals with the site is a lamer as i have to reset my password every time i visit. You'd think they would get someone with enough knowledge to be able to retain passwords on the site.:mad:

Sorry to bump, but do you have to reset passwords for any other radio sites too?

I think there's a few that are linked and share passwords.
I found that I was always having to reset my passwords for the various radio stations (Heart, Capital, Big Top 40, Capital Xtra, Classic FM, Smooth & XFM)
I ended up setting all the passwords for the above stations to the same value and it was ok after that.

I am so sorry to bump but i just wanted to say i had the same trouble but now i found if open the link incognito then log in 1st i do not need to rest my password.Its a pain but least you aint got to flap about resetting it,HTH:j
