Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any
other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim
instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all
claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

1. The Promoter: Energizer Trading Ltd, registered office: Sword House,
Totteridge Road, High Wycombe, HP13 6DG.
2. Eligibility: Open to United Kingdom residents (England, Scotland, Wales and
Northern Ireland) 18 years and over, except employees, their immediate
families, agents of Energizer Trading Ltd and anyone else professionally
connected to the promotion.
3. Entry Instructions: To take part in the Energizer prize draw, enter via the
online registration form at https://www.energizer.co.uk and complete your name and
email address details.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. Only one entry per person can be submitted. For the avoidance of doubt, if
more than one entry is received from the same email address or from a
different email address by the same person, all such entries will be
disqualified. Entrants can only win one prize. Entrants who do not give
correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be
disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third
parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will
be accepted. No bulk entries. Any person trying to circumvent this clause by
any method will be immediately disqualified.
6. Prize Fund: There are 50 Hudl2 prizes to be won, each worth £129.
7. No cash alternative. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the
right to offer something of equal or greater value.

8. Promotional Period: Prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter by
midnight on 6th May 2015.
9. Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be selected on (or
about) 29th May 2015.
10. All winners of the promotion will be selected as soon as practicable after the
end of the Promotional Period in a random draw from all valid entries, under
the supervision of an independent observer. All winners will be notified by
5th June 2015 by email.
1. In the event that a claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28
days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw
the prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same
time as the original.
12. No responsibility can be taken for entries or claims which are lost, delayed,
corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for
any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting/sending will not be
accepted as proof of receipt.
13. General: The Promoter reserves the right to verify all applications and to
refuse to award a prize or to withdraw entitlement and/or refuse further
participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are
reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and
conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion or the
application requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair
advantage in participating in the promotion or has used fraudulent means.
The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions.
14. Energizer Ltd reserves the right to use the winner's name and county in
future publicity and promotional material; by entering the prize draw you
consent to such use.
15. A list of winner’s names and counties can be found at http://www.winnerslist.co.uk/
for 3 months from the closing date.
16. Personal details received from entries will be used by Energizer Trading Ltd
for correspondence regarding the prize draw only.
17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the
Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or
computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or
the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable,
the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these
terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize
the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law
and each applicant hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the English and Welsh courts.

It wasn't visible in Chrome at first so I pressed submit, and then it showed up with an error box.

Hi Guys
Yes we did indeed have an issue with the Captcha, I had it corrected as soon as I noticed :-) But I am sorry to those that had issues trying to submit.
