All entries must be received by midnight on May 31, 2015. 6. The Promoter will contact the winner by email or phone within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win an extended weekend test drive of a Subaru Outback. The winner will have the car for three days and the test drive will take place at one of the locations in the UK, as notified to the winner by the Promoter, of the winner’s choice. The prize includes:
• Accommodation in the locality chosen by the winner, up to the value of £500, which will be arranged by the Promoter;
• Delivery and collection of the car to and from a Subaru dealership nearest to the winner’s home;
• Fully comprehensive insurance for the duration of the test drive; and
• One full tank of fuel.
The winner will also be invited to write a review of their test drive which the Promoter, at its absolute discretion, may publish in any of its publications, websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition.
9. The prize must be taken by June 30, 2015 and does not include travel between the winner’s home and the Subaru dealership, food and drink, personal expenditure, the cost of fuel in excess of that included in the prize in Condition 8 above, or incidental costs.
10. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Subaru (UK) Ltd and the Promoter, including filming and photography, which may be distributed through the Promoter’s social media channels and websites.
