The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Calls costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

Car
A Mercedes-Benz GLA 220 CDI 4matic including twelve (12) months’ road tax, first registration fee, seven (7) days’ insurance and a full tank of fuel. The car will come in Cirrus White and will have the following additions:

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, a current driver’s licence and/or current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport, and proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car (following the first seven (7) days’ insurance included) and all other costs associated with taking up the Prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

New York Holiday
The prize includes:

· return economy class flights for the winner and three (3) companions from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), New York;
· private return airport transfers for the winner and three (3) companions between the airport and the hotel in New York;
· three (3) nights’ accommodation in a 4 star hotel to be selected by the Prize Provider in Manhattan, New York for the winner and three (3) companions based on four (4) people sharing two (2) twin or double rooms OR one (1) family room on a bed and breakfast basis (at the winner’s choice, subject to availability at the time of booking);
· tickets for the winner and three (3) companions to attend the live filming of The Neil Patrick Harris Show in New York. Filming dates are to be confirmed, and the winner will be notified of these dates when they are contacted. The winner may then, at their election, take up the holiday to coincide with one of the filming dates. If the winner chooses to take up the holiday at another time between 12 September 2015 to 17 November 2015 when there is no filming, this element of the prize will not be available and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes; and
· Travel insurance for the winner and three (3) companions (exclusions, including certain pre-existing medical conditions, and excesses apply).

The Prize must be booked at least 90 days prior to departure and must be taken up between 12 September 2015 and 17 November 2015 (inclusive).

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant date.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party and adhere to the relevant visa entry requirements (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.

The prize excludes ground transport to and from London Heathrow Airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions and attractions (other than those specified), treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and visas.
