Hi new to this will give a quick outline , got a swift second mortgage through a local broker had problem,s and got the as i,ve read you all know the charges swift levy . Last year phoned fsa and they helped getting some back but as I was looking through everything and googling found that the broker who sold me the loan had been banned for serious mis-selling , some of the reason,s happened to me eg I signed the agreement in a waiting room was never brought into an office . When fsa where looking at charges I asked them about this was told to phone fso who told me to contact broker , but there no longer trading my question is are the loan company not responsible in any way in how there product was sold ? Any help greatly appreciated as am struggling and worried as how this loan will end as am still in arrears of charges .

No,missed a few payments a while back which where quickly paid and now up to date on loan but in arrears of charges . The loan has been a struggle from the start and believe was miss-sold as was vulnerable at the time as loan was for making house and garden safe for disabled son and was in hindsight all to easy . Know it has to be paid back and has been for several years but wondered if miss-selling gave me any leverage in getting a better deal from Swift .0
