These terms relate specifically to the PRS Competition promoted on the “Coach Trip” television programme (“Programme”) being broadcast from Monday 9th to Friday 13th March, Monday 23rd to Friday 27th March and Monday 6th to Friday 10th April 2015 (“this Competition”). The prize includes delivery to the winner’s home address. Delivery will be arranged for Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. All efforts will be made to deliver the prize on the same day but this cannot be guaranteed. A signature will be required upon delivery and the winner is responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery and that all items on the delivery notes are checked and signed for on receipt. If an exact model is not available at the time of fulfilment a model of equal or higher specification will be supplied at the prize provider’s discretion.
The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address). The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant.
b) A cheque made payable to the winner only in the sum of £5,000 and deliverable to the winner within 20 days of winner confirmation. A signature will be required upon delivery.
