3. Closing time and date: 11:59pm on 17/04/2015. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. Only one entry per person.
4. The winner must be over 18 years old and hold a valid UK passport.

THE PRIZE
1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over only, except for employees of The Chelsea Magazine Company Ltd and Powder Byrne International and their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.
2. The competition is being run in the magazines Baby London, Baby Surrey and Baby Hampshire, and their websites https://www.babylondon.co.uk, https://www.babysurrey.co.uk, https://www.babyhampshire.co.uk.
3. A one-off prize of 7 nights accommodation for two adults and one child aged between 4 months to 3 years sharing a family room at Porto Elounda, Crete, on half board basis (breakfast and dinner), return flights for three people, luxury transfers to and from Heraklion airport and the hotel, Powder Byrne service pre-travel and in-resort and Powder Byrne crèche for one child from four months to three years in age.
4. The holiday must be taken between the dates 29th August to 12th September 2015.
5. No cash equivalent, or alternatives are available and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Chelsea Magazine Company makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
7. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companions.
8. The winner and their chosen companions must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. The Chelsea Magazine Company Ltd and Poweder Byrne International will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
9. The prize winner and companions are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.
10. The prize does NOT include any insurance. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, dine around supplement, yacht charter, drinks purchases) are not included in the prize.
11. The package is non-transferable.
12. The competition prize is subject to availability.
13. The Chelsea Magazine Company and Powder Byrne International shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.
14. The winner will be selected at random from all entries. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. Winners will be notified by the prize provider by email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
16. If we can’t contact the winner within a month of the closing date, we will offer the prize to a runner-up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
17. You must provide your full name, address and daytime telephone number. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.
18. If you win, you agree to feature in a future article to be published in Baby London, Baby Hampshire and Baby Surrey magazines and websites.

As part of the prize is a place in the creche for your toddler I would expect they are going to be quite strict about you meeting the 2 peeps, 1 babby criteria.
