Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is The Whisky Shop (“we, us”) unless otherwise stated.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. To enter the competition you need: To be a UK resident; To be 18+
4. The prize will consist of a trip to the Jameson Midleton distillery in Cork, Ireland for 2 people (prize winner and guest)
5. The prize is subject to availability and The Whisky Shop accept no responsibility for the availability or shipping of the items. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize includes delivery costs of sending the prize to the winner’s UK address.
6. The prize draw will take place on or after 30th April 2015. We reserve the right to extend the prize draw at our sole discretion. Entry is limited to one per person.
7. The Whisky Shop will send an email to the email address associated with the winners’ Facebook accounts. This email will inform the entrant that they have won. In order to claim the prize, the winner needs to reply to this email within 7 days and provide The Whisky Shop with their full address as applicable so that The Whisky Shop can arrange for the prize to be sent to the winner. If the winner does not respond to our email within 7 days, a new winner will be randomly drawn from all the entries received.
8. Competition winners agree to allow us to display their first name, Facebook username, Facebook profile picture on our website and Facebook page and in future hard copy material to inform other visitors to our website, Facebook page and magazine.
9. Unless the entrant states otherwise, entering the competition will allow us to use the entrant's details in future marketing activities and communications.
10. The competition is not open to The Whisky Shop (or any other group company) employees or their direct relations.
11. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.
