Was in there in my local one yesterday, they're the ones with the football or butterfly design, usually about £3 or £4. Not sure how long the offer is on for, its not listed on their website.

Link is to Thorntons site, but these are the eggs:

For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

The one stop website has these advertised as £4. I checked to see where my local store is.

Thanks for the reminder I saw the poster on Saturday but did not read it properly. I went to the larger local One Stop this afternoon whilst on the ebay and school run and they had no eggs luckily we have a smaller one less than a five minute walk away and they had loads.

Apparently the offer has been on for quite a while - the assistant said they are flying off the shelves. I think it is on until the 15th - I will check tomorrow when I take the children to school.

My branches are both in Marston Green, Birmingham - the shop by the train station had loads the larger shop by the butchers did not have any.

Ours had only just got them in, but glad to hear they are available elsewhere :)
