Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw. The winners will be drawn by an independent auditor at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The first entry drawn will receive the top prize and the next 100 drawn will each receive a book bag. 4 No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are incomplete, incorrectly completed, not received for whatever reason or for any technical or other error that may arise with any entry. 5 To enter participants must visit https://www.asda.com/win and follow the instructions. Entrants will be required to provide their full name, date of birth, address, email and mobile telephone number. Only one entry per person and no person may win more than one prize. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts or using multiple identities. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. 6 In the event of an entrant’s phone number or email address changing or their mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve or amend any existing entries to new contact details. 7 There are 101 prizes to be won in total consisting of: - One (1) top prize of a freestanding bookcase containing 100 best-selling children’s books*. The books will be made up of 75 of the top selling titles suitable for children aged 5 – 8 years old, and the top 25 for children aged 9 – 12 years old. - 100 second tier prizes of a book bag. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason. 8 The top prize will be delivered by a courier, within 28 days of the winner's acceptance of the prize, to the address indicated on the original entry.
