This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over only, excluding employees, directors and agents of Lindt, their group companies, their family members, or anyone else connected with this Promotion.
Entries will be accepted from 00.01am GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) on 23rd February 2015 to 23rd March 2015 at 23.59pm GMT.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Internet access is required. A smart phone is required if entering via mobile phone into this Promotion.
To Enter the draws: Visit https://www.lindorblisstaxi.co.uk, select the date (which must be at least 6 days ahead) and time of your desired LINDOR Bliss Taxi experience. Then select your preferred pick up and drop off point which must be within the selected London area postcodes listed (click here for list) and complete your personal details and submit your entry. Last pick up and drop off date is 30th March 2015.
All entries must be made personally by the entrant.
One entry per person only per day.
Entries will be disqualified if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Promotion. Proof of identity may be required by the Promoter. Failure to provide proof of identity may result in disqualification from this Promotion.
Restrictions: Bulk entries or entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or entries by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for\manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Prizes: There are a total of 100 x LINDOR Bliss Taxi rides available in this promotion. Each taxi ride is maximum 60 minutes long and can be taken only from Monday to Saturday, between 12pm and 6pm GMT. Each taxi ride includes: 1 pick-up and 1 drop off only (multiple stops are not allowed). If there is no suitable parking at either the pickup or drop off location, then a suitable nearby location will be agreed prior a taxi ride. The prize is available for the winner and their guest but up to a maximum of 4 people can be allowed in Lindor taxi ride if the winner requests this in advance only during the winner notification. The winner and their guest must be available at the allocated pick up time. The taxi will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after which point the taxi will need to leave and the Bliss taxi journey void.
There is no cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable.
Winners can take their pictures during their experience in LINDOR Bliss Taxi and share them on LindorUK Facebook, Twitter and Instagram page with #MomentofBliss or on https://www.lindorblisstaxi.co.uk

The Promoter will have a right to ask any entrant to remove any uploaded (published) photos/statements on any social media by entrants for any of the following reasons, if their photos/statements:
Use defamatory or malicious content;
Contain indecent or inappropriate content;
Includes any link to inappropriate drinking;
Include trademarks, logos or copyrighted material not owned by the entrant. Each entry must be the entrant's own original creation executed solely by entrant;
Refer to brands other than those of the Promoter;
Is obscene or offensive, or endorses any form of hate or hate group;
Defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about any person or entity, including but not limited to the Promoter, as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter; or
Contain any material that may, in the sole judgment of Promoter, infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to, copyrights or trademarks owned by others.
By uploading photos/statements, the entrant agrees that:
They have personally created their uploaded photo/statement;
They are the sole owner and copyright holder of the photo/statement;
The entrant also undertakes and accepts any liability arising from any third party claims or objections in relation to the lack of consents; and
They grant to the Promoter an exclusive royalty free and irrevocable license for 12 months from the opening date of this Promotion to use their uploaded photos/statements and their names, copy, sublicense, transmit via any sort of digital or analogue media, publish, delete and otherwise exploit, to distribute, reproduce, publicly display and perform, modify, adapt, edit, create works and otherwise use the contents of the entry as well as the usage of the entrants’ moral rights in photos/statements, without any consideration and otherwise use of their name, likeness, county where they live and any statements made by or attributed to the entrant, in whole or in part, either alone or in combination with other materials and content, in connection with the purposes of the Promotion;
They grant to the Promoter the right to use their photos/statements and their names on the Promoter`s website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for a period of 12 months within the scope of the licence mentioned in clause `d` above from the opening date of this Promotion, in any reasonable manner and media the Promoter deems reasonable and for no further consideration;
The entrant agrees to sign any necessary documents and deeds in the future in relation to the licence mentioned above upon request of the Promoter. The entrant hereby agrees and declares that he/she will not in any case raise any monetary or non-monetary claims with regards to liability, damages, costs or expenses incurred as a result of the submitted photos/statements into this promotion.
Winners` Selection: For your total confidence, winners will be selected randomly in draws within 5 working days from the entry date into the draw by PromoVeritas, the independent promotion verification service.
Winners` notification: Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone within 2 working days after the draw. Those not contactable within 24 hours after initial notification may be disqualified and the prize may be void.
Winners` names and counties may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Lindor Taxi Bliss, Lindt & Sprungli UK, 4 New Square, Middlesex, TW14 8HA within 6 weeks after 5th May 2015.
Data Protection: The entrants’ personal details will at all times be kept confidential and only used for the operation and purposes of the Promotion as described in these Terms and Conditions. The entrant hereby accepts and acknowledges such usage within the scope of this Promotion. However by entering the Promotion, unless the entrant has specifically indicated otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to contact the entrant with news, marketing information, promotions and offers after the closing date of this Promotion.

. do not act or behave with a spirit of this Promotion, for example if they are breaking the law, consuming excessive amount of alcohol and getting drunk in the taxi, dressed indecently and inappropriately, taking drugs,

b. defame, misrepresent or using remarks about any person, including but not limited to the Promoter, as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter,

c. using abusive or offensive language, statements, comments or endorses any form of hate or hate group during a taxi ride,

d. under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Winners are not allowed to take drugs or consume any alcohol during LINDOR Bliss Taxi rides.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
The Promoter will do its best to ensure delivery of the prizes as stated, but it reserves the right to substitute the prizes of similar or greater value in the event of non-availability of the stated prizes.
The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, and bad traffic on the road, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prizes.
By entering the Promotion you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
