We are offering you a chance to win a 2 night family stay in Sunderland full to the brim with outdoor activities, wildlife and a tour to the top of our most iconic monument. The prize includes a 2 night stay in the AA 4 star awarded Sunderland Marriott, located at the stunning coastal resort of Seaburn, with dinner for one night in the Promenade Restaurant.
The prize also includes family passes for a swim session at the Sunderland Aquatic Centre, a skiing session at Silksworth Ski Slope, a karting and 4x4 experience at Karting North East, a 2.5 hour watersports session at the Marine Activities Centre, admission to Washington Wetland Centre and a tour to the top of Penshaw Monument. Station Taxis will also chauffeur you around some of the selected venues. Individual activities are subject to availability.

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk, pick a destination of their choice and register their details. Online entry will open at 0600 on 23rd February 2015 and close 2359 22nd March 2015 at the end of the competition.
2. The winners will be selected at random per destination. (Each of the 3 destinations will have one winner)
3. The prize will be fulfilled by the relevant destination.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 or over.
2. Entrants must be aware when choosing the destination; £100 will be contributed to travel but no more.

10. Multiple entries are permitted – you can enter as many times as you like and opt in to find out more to as many destinations as you like.

Prize Terms and conditions:

Please note that some of the individual activity prizes from the Marine Activities Centre, Karting North East, Aquatic Centre and Silksworth Ski Slope are subject to availability. During busy periods (holidays and weekends) activities may be limited and unavailable. 

Height restriction of 1 metre tall applies to the Penshaw Monument Tours

Age restrictions apply to some water sports at the Marine Activities Centre, as well as the racing experiences at Karting North East and Silksworth Ski Slope.

Silksworth Ski Slope age restrictions:
Minimum age for skiing lesson is 4 years (smallest boot size is 6½).
Minimum age for snowboarding lesson is 7 years (smallest boot size is 1½).
Minimum age for snow tubing is 4 or above.
Karting North East restrictions:
Karting has a minimum age of 8 years.
4x4 experience requires a minimum age of 14 years, with a height restriction of at least 5ft.
The Marine Activities Centre has the right to cancel an activity up to two weeks before it is due to start, where an alternative date or activity will be offered if possible.
Those taking part in water-based courses MUST be confident in water.
All water-based courses are subject to suitable weather conditions and should the activity or part of the activity need to be cancelled due to the prevailing conditions then an alternative date will be agreed.
Prize needs to be redeemed by 30th September 2015.
