If this doesn't submit, change your location to anything other than UK, then back to UK again and it should be OK.

Changing location manually usually works, but didn't seem to need it this time as it already had a tick after Roboform had completed it. What did work for me was ticking all of the email options (but could still opt out of post/phone)0
