Specific prize terms and conditions: 1. NDL will work with the winner to create their desired alternative Valentine’s Day experience up to the value of £650 which may include various elements including travel, accommodation, event/attraction tickets, activities, services, shopping, dining or pampering experiences, white goods, vouchers etc. All effort will be made to ensure the winner can do everything they would like, but due to external circumstances not all activities can be guaranteed. All bookings and reservations are subject to availability at time of booking and excludes sold out events/attractions. Experience will not place on Valentine’s Day. 2. Any travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. All experiences must be booked with NDL Travel (ABTAK3065). 3. If the cost of the total experience exceeds the value of £650 the balance must be paid by the winner at their own cost by credit card or by debit card. Payments made by credit card incur a 2.5% charge. There is no cash alternative. 4. This £650 experience prize cannot be transferred or re-sold. You must redeem and claim the £650 as one package only with all elements being taken at the same time. Any amount not redeemed in that transaction will be forfeited. 5. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. The prize is non-transferrable and no alternative will be offered. ITEM 12: PRIZE PROVIDER NDL via Bauer Media (the “Prize Provider”). Please note that where prizes are provided by third parties, the prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party.
