Prize:
9. The prize is one of the following:
• Monday 26, Wednesday 28 & Friday 30 January 2015: Luxury trip to Iceland for two people with Sky’s full TV package for a year.
• Tuesday 27 & Thursday 29 January 2015: Luxury trip to Finland to see the Northern Lights with Sky’s full TV package for a year.

10. The prize available is dependent on the day of the competition as per the breakdown detailed above.

11. The trip to Iceland includes:
• Return flights from to Reykjavik, Iceland
• Return private airport transfers in Reykjavik
• 5 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation (4* min) in Reykjavik, based on sharing a double/twin room
• Daily breakfast
• Sightseeing helicopter tour around Mt Esja Summit
• Half day Gulfoss and Geysir tour, including return transfers and expert local guide

12. The trip to Finland to see the Northern Lights includes:
• Return flights from London to Ivalo, Finland

• 4 nights’ accommodation in Ivalo, Finland including 1 night’s unique glass igloo accommodation and 3 nights’ cosy log cabin accommodation
• Daily breakfast & evening meal
• Three hour evening Aurora Borealis tour by snowmobile including return transfers & hot drinks
• £1,000 spending money

13. Sky’s full TV package includes:
• 1 x Sky+HD box
• Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)
• 1 x 12 month subscription to Sky’s full TV package

14. Flights are available from major international airports in London only.

15. Winner and guest must have a full passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel.

16. Any necessary visas are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

17. A valid credit or debit will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel.

18. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 74 or over.

19. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

20. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking & once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.

21. The Iceland prize trip cannot be taken from 21st December 2015 – 2nd January 2016 (Christmas and New Year), UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday.

22. The Finland prize is valid during the months of November to April only, and cannot be taken over 22nd December – 2nd January (Christmas and New Year), UK bank holidays or over Easter Sunday.

23. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission to travel.

24. Prize exclude meals and drinks, domestic transfers, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize description.

25. The following terms shall apply to the prize:
a) If you are a winner, you will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract). After your 12 months' free viewing, unless you cancel or change your package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply (see https://www.sky.com for details). Sky+ subscription is included in your Sky TV subscription and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. You will need Sky professionally installed even if you already have a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up. You must keep your Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If you need a minidish you will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation Multiroom is not included in the Prize. Existing Sky customers will receive Sky’s top TV package free for 12 months, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box. Sky will contact you to arrange installation of the your Prize. You must redeem their Prize within one year. Failure to make an installation application within this time period could result in loss of Prize. If you have a previous uncleared debt with Sky, you will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
b) Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
c) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
