Have you registered with Nivea to start with? If you have then go to their website via another tab and via google even.
You should be able to contact them there and find out.
Whenever I have received any communications from Nivea they have used their logo and colour branding on it.0 -

Thanks both.

There is no branding etc on the email & I have emailed Nivea who have replied with 'it can take 5 to 10 days' for the online shopping dept to get back to me! (They presume its that dept even though I mentioned it may be competition related)
I didn't have an account with them, but have opened one now.
But I think its looking unlikely to be a legit email
