Terms

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00.01 on Monday 19th January and close at 1300 on Thursday 26th February.
4. Each week, listeners will be asked to go online to Classicfm.com and nominate someone to say thank you for a gesture they made that made a difference to them.
5. Across the 6-week period we will do a weekly draw every Thursday at 13:00 and select one winner from the pool of entries received to date. If you enter after 13:00 on Thursday your entry will not be valid for that week’s draw but will be valid for the subsequent draws.
6. Winners stories will be selected against the criteria as below and the winner each week will be named checked on air and contacted off air post the on air announcement.
7. Stories received will be judged on being of a ‘feel good’ nature, plausible and engaging, as determined by Classic FM and Global Radio. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Any winner may be brought to air or name checked with their nomination and story being read out.
9. The winners will be notified within 28 days of winning to arrange delivery of the hamper to the winner and the nominee (we can either arrange for both hampers to be sent to the winner or we will need the nominees details as well as the winners details off air at a later time).

Eligibility:
11. The winner and their nominated person must be over 18 years of age
12. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

14. Each winner will win 2 x the following prize (one for them and one for the person they nominated):

15. All prizes are non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

16. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize for anything of similar or greater value.
