How to enter
1. To enter, visit http://!!!!!!!/1ybi76X, complete the entry form. Once you have correctly submitted the form, you will be entered into the prize draw (the “Promotion”).
2. The Promotion is open to UK and British Isles residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Football League, Capital One (Europe) plc (the “Promoter”), Tag, Jam and Synergy (the “Agents”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions as husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, or persons residing in the household of such employees), and anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity. No purchase is necessary. Entries are limited to one per person.
3. Promotion Period: 10am Monday 12th January 2015- 11pm 31st May 2015.
4. One entry per person (“the Entrant”). A person enters the Little Legends Free Prize Draw by completing their details, accepting these terms & conditions and submitting the entry form. An entrant must select the club they support in order to be entered into the tiers 2 and 3 prize draws where prizes are specific to particular clubs. Entries will roll over so even if you are contacted as a winner one month you do not need to re-enter the promotion again for future draws as your entry will remain automatically for future prize draws until the promotion closes on 31st May 2015.

5. Winners will be drawn at random each month and notified by email to the email address they provided when completing their entry within 7 days of the monthly prize draw.
6. Prizes and timings: This is a tiered promotion with 4 different categories of prizes available; a prize draw will take place on the last day of each month between January 12th 2015 and May 31st 2015. In the monthly draw there is a chance to win a tier 3 or tier 4 prize (see below Prizes section below for further details).

Prizes
Tier 1 - A family holiday to Los Angeles.
The top prize will be a holiday for a family of up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) to Los Angeles for one week (7 nights) – to take in Disneyland in California and an LA Galaxy game*.
The prize includes:
• 7 night stay in Los Angeles in a 3 star hotel (room only)
• Car hire for the duration of the week
• 3 day pass to Disneyland, Los Angeles
• Tickets to watch LA Galaxy play*
• Gold Travel insurance **
• £100 spending money per day for the family
The fulfilment and winner-handling for the prize will be managed by Active Consultancy
*LA Galaxy tickets subject to holiday coinciding with MLS season, and when LA Galaxy have a home game (regular season dates are March – October)

Tier 2 - The club experience
Club experiences at 6 clubs
• These experiences will be for4 people (3 children and one parent/guardian). An agency employee will also join the winners to host the experience).
• Entrants will only be eligible for a tier 2 prize if they have indicated that they are a fan of one of the football clubs which are providing the club experience.

Clubs:
The club experiences available are for:
• Nottingham Forest
• Cardiff
• Middlesbrough
• Norwich
• Fulham
• Derby

Experience details:
Below is an outline of what to expect from each experience. Clubs will differ between what they offer, the below is what we expect:
• Training ground experience (behind the scenes at the training ground, watching training, meeting players, getting a club shirt)
OR
• Match day experience (in the tunnel before the game, pitch-side visit, watching the game, getting a club shirt and other potential additions)
We will confirm the exact experience in the email that confirms that the prize has been won.

Dates:
To maximise suitability and possibility of attendance for children, we will look to do these 6 experiences within Easter school holidays. Due to the difference in holiday dates between schools, we have allowed for the following dates:
• 6 experiences in Easter Holidays (30th March – 24th April)

Timings:
• Closing date: 12th March
• 12th March: Winners selected and notified via email using Free Prize Draw Mechanic
• 16th March: Winners’ availability and date of experiences to be confirmed
• 30th March – 24th April: Experiences to take place

Tier 3 - Signed Club Assets
• A signed shirt and signed ball for 60 clubs
• We will give away a signed shirt from 12 clubs and a signed ball from a different 12 clubs every month
• Entrants will only be eligible for a tier 3 prize if they have indicated that they are a fan of one of the football clubs which are providing the signed club assets.

Process:
• 24 winners will be selected each month using the free prize draw mechanic, 12 will win a signed shirt, 12 will win a signed ball.
• Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of their entry being selected.
• The Promoter is unable to specify the exact time and date of delivery, but all endeavours will be made to deliver the Prize within 30 days of receipt that you are a winner in the Promotion.
