Property Management Fees - Let's fight

As a Leaseholder I have become increasingly disheartened almost to the point of simply feeling harrassed and helpless that I seem to have no rights.
Owening property is now no longer a joy simply because I pay over well over £1000 for nothing and the Law is allowing unscrupulous companies to provide no service.
Management companies then proceeed to charge owners to send us letter (I wonder how exactly do they come up with sums like £30 plus) to tell us that we have not paid them, in addition to writing to our Mortgage companies demanding payment as well as adding additional money so that they can employ solicitors to get money which they in effect have not actually earned.
The Government seems to think that by making "The Leasehold Tribunal" available to offer services that this would be enough but those of us who have gone down this route know that this is just camouflage.
Even when at the basic level of a fact finding Tribunal Management companies are still allowed to bring a team of unneccessary legal personnel against, in many cases, someone with no legal training and then are get away with CHARGING the owner.
I know some people have been trying to petition the Government to actually DO SOMETHING.
Everyone who has had the pleasure of listening and now we are able to watch Mr Lewis on his own program know that things start off small but by banding together, even if it takes years of banging on doors that eventually someone will take notice and deal with what is a growing problem.
I want to really start to deal with this not only because I am a victim of unfair Management Fees and Directors who admit to knowingly not providing any services and treating my property diffently because I am self contained. My rights to receive services is none the less a valid one.
So in order to block any more legal fees I am being forced to pay the Management Company for providing no services but if they think I am doing so quitely they are wrong. I WILL be writing to my local MP and a weekly bases, I will see if I can get on the TV Judge Rinder to make this issue more public, writing to Watchdog who did a piece on Management Fees to look deeper.
In other words I will not simply be paying and shutting up.
Otherwise what will the future be for the young families and young single people that want to buy a leasehold and then realise when it is too late that their are companies out there getting paid for doing nothing.
Please feel Free to pass this post on so that other Leaseholders can voice their own dealings.
I will post a link for the current petition which I saw on the Watchdog blog.
