    i scrolled to the bottom of the page and it says rug giveaway i clicked on that and that pop up did have the box for my email

    There should be a little pop up box and a space just to enter your email.

    You just put your email in at the bottom of the pop up.

    Pop-up worked OK in Chrome for me - but only after I had clicked/viewed a couple of items :)
