1. There are four prizes as part of this competition. The first prize (the "Dakar Trip") consists of one winner who will receive holiday to Argentina to follow the Dakar Rally for themselves and a friend. The other three prizes (the "GoPro Prizes") consists of three runners-up who will each receive a GoPro HERO4 Silver Edition Camera/Camcorder.
2. The winner of the Dakar trip and their chosen friend must be a UK resident over the age of 21 with full international driving license and passport valid for at least 6 months after competition completion date, excluding employees of AOL, MINI, any BMW Group company or any other company linked to the competition in any way, including any affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of AOL. Due to the nature of the competition, the winner and accompanying friend must be willing and able to comply with the following points:
   1. Fit and able to cope with altitude up to 4,600m
   2. Fit and able to cope with heat up to 40 degrees Celsius
   3. Fit and able to cope with heights; no sufferers of vertigo
   4. Fit and able to cope with camping in remote locations
   5. Fit and able to have dietary flexibility; vegetarians are advised that options for vegetarians are limited

3. The winning Dakar Trip prize will include the following:
   1. Flights from London, Heathrow Airport to and from Buenos Aires, Ministro Pistarini Airport, comprising:

4. The Dakar Trip prize will be issued by MINI (the "Prize Provider"). By entering this prize promotion, you agree that if you are selected as a winner, AOL (UK) Limited may pass the data submitted on your entry email to the Prize Provider who will issue you with your prize.
5. The winning Dakar Trip prize will NOT include the following:
   1. Travel to and from the departure airport, Heathrow, London, is not included as part of the prize.
   2. All other personal expenses, spending money and any other incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.
6. The winning GoPro prizes will include one GoPro HERO4 Silver Edition Camera/Camcorder to each of the three runners-up.
7. Travel insurance, visas and all necessary travel permits and requirements, such as having a valid and current passport and inoculations, are the responsibility of the winner.
8. The prize promotion closing date is 23.59:59pm on 14 December 2014 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter.
9. The winning entry and three runners up prizes will be selected at random by an independent source on 15 December 2014 and the winner of the Dakar Trip will be notified by email and telephone within 1 day. The runners up will be notified before 1 January 2015. To contact the winner(s) the Prize Provider will use the contact details supplied when entering the prize promotion. The decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
10. If you are notified of a winning entry for the Dakar Trip, you must confirm acceptance by both telephone and email to claim your prize. If you do not reply to confirm acceptance within 1 day of being notified as a winner, the Prize Provider may offer your prize to someone else. For the winner of the Dakar Trip, copies of the photo card and paper counterpart of a full international driving license and passport valid until 12.06.15 must be supplied to the Prize Provider within 1 day of confirming acceptance of the prize. Acceptance of the criteria stipulated in clause 4 must also be provided, alongside written confirmation that the winner and their friend hold appropriate travel insurance for the trip. Winners of the GoPro prizes must confirm acceptance within 7 working days of being notified by the Promoter, and provide an address for postage of the prizes within 7 working days of accepting the prize.
