The prize as described is available on the date of publication. 8. One winning entrant will win a two-night holiday for two to Madrid. The prize package comprises:
• Return economy class flights for two from London to Madrid;
• Return transfers between the airport and the hotel; and
• Two nights accommodation in a minimum 3-star hotel in central Madrid based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis.
9. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, travel insurance, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel) and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
10. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel.
11 The prize is valid for one year from the date of the winner being notified and excludes travel on the following dates: December 19, 2014 to January 5, 2015; February 13 to February 22, 2015; March 27 to April 12, 2015; May 22 to May 31, 2015; July 25 to September 6, 2015; October 16 to October 25, 2015; or over UK bank holidays.
12. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time and are subject to availability, non transferable and non refundable. There are no cash alternatives. Once booked the prize cannot be altered or amended. Where the winner’s companion is under 18 years of age, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity on behalf of the Telegraph and Head & Shoulders.
