Not sure if a prize or signed up to something dodgy

Hi, this morning I recieved a package with Paul Mitchell super skinny serum in with a letter sayin it was my free gift with my subscription?
Now really careful and am sure I haven't signed up to any subscription and definitely haven't put any bank details in so thinking it might be a prize but can't find any competitions that match and I can't remember entering one but to be honest I enter about 80/100 a day. Just wondered if anyone remembers a competition for this before I call them on Monday to find out what's going on as have recieved no emails or post about it, feeling a bit concerned in case ive signed up to something I really don't want?? Anyone else had this??

Finally recieved an email back from layered online and it's from signing up to their site when I entered a competition, it's a free subscription I can cancel at any time. So a free subscription and a bottle of £20 hair serum for free lovely, thank you very much layered lol
