Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Brown-Forman Beverages Europe, Ltd., their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
Entries can be made by visiting web.southerncomfort.com/ComfortableChristmasList and selecting a total of 5 gifts from the randomly served list of 20. Participants will then be required to submit their details when prompted to complete entry into the draw for a chance to win.
Only one entry per person. Only fully completed entries made on web.southerncomfort.com/ComfortableChristmasList from 12pm on 27th November 2014 until 17th December 2014 will be accepted and entered into the relevant draw. No purchase necessary.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for responses which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
There will be three prize draws during the promotional period. The closing date for draw 1 is 11.59 on 3rd December 2014. The closing date for draw 2 is 11.59 on 10th December 2014. The closing date for draw 3 is 11.59 on 17th December 2014. Entries made prior to these closing dates will be entered into the following draw.
The main prize in each draw will consist of the five items selected during participation in the game (either by the participant or by default if the participant has selected less than five) and one bottle of Southern Comfort, lemonade and a fresh lime. The items will be delivered via special delivery. All deliveries must be signed for.
Each participant will be randomly served up to 20 prizes from which to choose their 5 (from a possible pool of 28). The available prizes in the pool are detailed below but are subject to change at the promoter’s discretion. Images used may not be exact likeness to final prize:

The winners will be selected at random by a third party after each closing date on 5th December 2014, 12th December 2014 and 19th December 2014 respectively.
We will notify the winners by telephone or email. The winners must confirm their identity with a valid photo ID and provide a delivery address where signed deliveries can be taken within 10 working days of being notified. Failure to confirm within this time will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.
The prizes will be sent to the winners within 20 working days of validating their identity and confirmation of delivery address however all efforts will be made to deliver prizes sooner.
The prize winner’s details will be available for six weeks by sending an SAE marked "Southern Comfort UK Comfortable Christmas List" to the Promoter at the address below after 19th December 2014.
The prize winners consent to their name being published as the winner of the competition and may be required to participate in future publicity.
The prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The decision of the Promoter in all matters connected to this draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
