Advice needed please
I have today formally entered a DMP with Stepchange to pay off my unsecured debt which would be a total of 6 years to pay off of which I would be officially debt free
Having looked at my credit file I have 3 County Court Judgments totalling £16,500 which were done in 2009/2010. I know I should have done this earlier but circumstances have prevented me at the time. I'm willing to admit I made terrible finance decisions, however I am determined to tackle them head on now. I have been advised to contact them each court personally to offer instalment figures. My questions are as follows:-
1. How do I obtain copies of the original judgments?
2. Do I make an application direct to the court with my potential arrangement to pay or do I contact the claimant direct?
3. In making payments toward the CCJs still drop off my credit file in 2016 or will it restart the 6 year clock?
4. Am I right in thinking that CCjs do not apply under the statue Barred rule?
Sorry for the long winded post, but I have been reading the forums for sometime I just wanted to ask anyone who has been in the same position as to what to do/expect
Thanks for reading and future help/support

1. Ask the issuing court I would imagine.
2. If you want it done formally via the court so you dont get the creditor taking enforcement action, yes.
3. Still drops off after 6 years. Making payments wont change that.
4. No. Statute barring does not apply to CCJs.Still rolling rolling rolling......
