Then you better be quick to claim your prize. As mentioned, there are only 100 headphones to be won per game, and they go on a first claimed, first served basis.

How do I know if I get bingo?
If you’re logged in and watching on urbanears.com you’ll get a message popping up on your screen instantly if you get bingo. If not, you’ll get an e-mail within a minute or so, depending on how fast the e-mail pigeon is. So we recommend watching it live on the website.

What do I have to do to win the headphones?
Firstly you have to get bingo. When you do, you better hurry to claim your prize on urbanears.com. There are 100 Plattan ADV to be won in each game, and they go on a first claim first serve basis. But only for as long as the game runs. When a game is over, the prizes are gone.

How do I know if I won the headphones?
If you have bingo and are one of the first 100 to claim your prize on urbanears.com you’ll get an e-mail confirming that you’re one of the winners within a few minutes.

I got bingo but I haven’t got an e-mail, what do I do?
If you get bingo the first thing you should do is to go to the website and claim your prize. If you’re quick enough you have the chance to win a pair of Plattan ADV.

Note you can only claim your prize when the current session is live.
