Eligibility:
7. Competition is open to those aged 18 years or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day; duplicate entries from an Entrant on any one day will be removed.
9. All Entrants and those they propose to take on the trip (“Guests”) must hold a valid UK passport which must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of the trip.
10. All Entrants must be available to take the trip between Saturday 20th and Monday 22nd December 2014.
Prizes:
Main Prize Draw – Trip to Lapland
11. The Prize Includes:
11.1. 1 x 2 Night trip to Lapland for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children, both children to be aged 11 years or under at time of travel)
11.2. 2 Nights accommodation in Davvi Arctic Lodge (4Star) based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing 1 room with en-suite facilities on a full board basis
11.3. Economy class return flights from either Birmingham, East Midlands, Gatwick or Leeds Bradford airports (to be agreed with the winner) to Enontekio, Lapland.
11.4. Return transfers from the airport in Enontekio to the hotel
11.5. Return transfers from the winner’s home to the agreed UK airport
11.6. Travel insurance for the winner and Guests for the duration of the trip. This is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. The winner and Guests are responsible for meeting any costs related to obtaining cover for any pre-existing medical conditions
12. The trip will also include:
• 40 minute Husky Experience
• 40 minute Snowmobile adventure
• Reindeer sleigh ride
• Search for Santa
• Private family meeting with Santa
• Gift for children
• Snow activities, e.g. tobogganing, kick sledges
• Christmas crafts
• Festive dinner
• Thermal suits & boots
• Souvenir Lapland Passport
13. The prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), additional excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations.
14. The prize must be booked on 15th December and taken between Saturday 20th and Monday 22nd December only.
15. Global reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize.
