All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, November 23, 2014. 6. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
8. One winning entrant will win a two night short break for two to Oslo, Norway. The prize package comprises the following:
• Return economy class flights for two from London to Oslo;
• Transfers in Oslo between the airport and the hotel;
• Two nights 3-star hotel accommodation based on two adults sharing a twin or double room;
• Amazon vouchers to the value of £150; and
• A Braun Series 7 shaver.
All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
9. The prize does not include travel insurance, domestic transfers, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas, food and drink, personal expenditure and incidental costs, other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport (for at least 6 months at the time of travel) and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
10. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel.
11. Flights to Oslo are subject to available routes and dates from London Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton or Stansted. The prize is valid for and all travel must be completed within 12 months from the date of the winner being notified.
12 The prize excludes travel on the following dates: December 19, 2014 to January 5, 2015; February 13 to February 22, 2015; March 27 to April 12, 2015; May 22 to May 31, 2015 July 25 to September 6, 2015; October 16 to October 25, 2015; or over UK bank holidays.
13. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time and are subject to availability, non transferable and non refundable. There are no cash alternatives. Once booked the prize cannot be altered or amended. Where the winner’s companion is under 18 years of age, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
14. The winner may be required to participate in publicity on behalf of the Telegraph and Braun.
