Win Every Day – Prize Draw T&Cs

Terms and conditions specific to daily prize draws:
1.The daily prize draw will be open for entries each day between 16 November 2014 and 7 December 2014 inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”).
2.Daily prizes consist of Iceland vouchers in the value of 10 x £50 each day. There will be 10 winners each day during the Prize Draw Period and each winner will win 1 voucher prize only.
3.Entries are made by completing a prize draw entry form on this website. Entries for each daily prize draw must be received between 12.00(midnight) and 11.59pm each day during the Prize Draw Period. Entry is free, internet access is required. Only one entry per person per day on a validly submitted entry form will be accepted. Entry to the last daily draw will close at 11.59pm on 7 December 2014. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
4.Daily prize draws will take place at 10.00am each day commencing on 17 November 2014. Winners will be selected using a random computer process. Only entries received between 12.00(midnight) and 11.59pm the day before will be included in any daily prize draw. There will be a prize draw each day between 17 November and 8 December 2014 inclusive.
5.The prizes will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For to the postal address provided by the winner and will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner confirming their address. Iceland accepts no liability for any lost or delayed prizes.
Terms and conditions specific to final prize draw:
6.Iceland will automatically enter every entrant who has validly entered the daily prize draw during the Prize Draw Period into the final prize draw for a chance to win a year’s worth of shopping. Only one entry per person will be entered into the final draw no matter how many times an entrant entered the daily prize draws.
7.The ‘Win Your Shopping for a Year’ draw prize is1 x Iceland vouchers to the value of £2,600, representing a year’s worth of shopping and which equates to £50 per week for a year. The Iceland vouchers will be sent to winners in four instalments of £650, with the first instalment to be sent within 28 days of the winner confirming their address in accordance with clause 10 below and the remaining instalments to be sent every three months for the remainder of the year.
8.The winner of the final draw will be selected on 10 December 2014 by a random computer process.
General terms and conditions applicable to all prize draws:
9.The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees and staff of Iceland, their respective families and any agencies or anyone connected with this prize draw are not permitted to enter.
10.The winners will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the prize draw. The winners will need to respond to the email within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize and confirm their postal address. If the winner does not contact Iceland within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be re-drawn in accordance with the process set out above.
11.No cash alternative will be offered for the prizes and the prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Iceland reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of similar value. Iceland vouchers can be used in UK Iceland stores only. Vouchers cannot be used online and cannot be used to purchase Iceland savings stamps or bonus card savings. Separate voucher terms and conditions may apply, please refer to the vouchers on receipt for details. See voucher for expiration details.
12.The results of the prize draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Iceland reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draws or these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice if circumstances beyond Iceland’s control make this necessary. Iceland will not be responsible for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or have not been transmitted due to computer error or ay other reason which is beyond Iceland’s control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
13.By entering the prize draw, the winners agrees to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw on the reasonable request of Iceland.
14.By entering this prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants also agree that Iceland may contact them from time to time with offers and information from Iceland. Entrants will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from this service in each communication.
15.The only personal data Iceland will process about each entrant for the purposes of the prize draw is their name, email address, telephone number, postcode and Bonus Card number (if applicable) and, for winners, their postal address for delivery of the prize (”personal data”). Please note that Bonus Card membership is not required for entry to the prize draw. Iceland will process personal data fairly and lawfully in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Iceland may be required by law or court order to share personal data with the police or other law enforcement authorities.
16.The prize winner’s surname will be posted on our Facebook page and theirsurname and county will be made available on request once the winners have been confirmed; please contact Iceland Customer Care on 0800 328 0800. Lines are open between 8am-7pm Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm Saturday and 10am-4pm Sunday. Calls are free from a BT landline but may incur charges from other providers and these may be significantly higher from mobiles. Calls may be recorded.
17.The prize draw is governed by English law and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
