Prize Terms and Conditions 1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines and Bank Holidays (both UK and USA). Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest airport. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with their embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. Flights will be booked in Premium Economy class.
2. Driver must be over the age of 25, have held a full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years and must be able to present their driver’s licence. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for security.
3. Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on 4 people sharing a room with 2 queen beds and ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. At least one guest must be over the age of 21.
4. Winners will receive unlimited entrance to all the parks included in the prize for the duration of their stay.
5. Swim with Dolphins experience is subject to availability at time of booking.
6. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
7. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
8. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of The National Lottery’s initial correspondence with them.

All entrants that enter Competition 10 will be automatically entered into a random draw. The draw will take place after the end of the relevant Competition Period and twenty finalists will be selected at random and placed in order of selection.
With assistance from PPL the first of the 20 finalist to be randomly selected will be contacted by phone between 8.10pm and 8.30pm using the telephone number provided on the entry form. In order to claim the prize the entrant must answer the call and will be required to stay on the line and feature as part of the online results show :eek: :rotfl: either on the telephone (or if the winner has access to Skype or Facetime and is happy to appear on the show in this format, this will also be an option), which will be broadcast live to The National Lottery website, Facebook page and YouTube channel.
If the first finalist does not answer the call, the second finalist will be contacted.
