I think you are reading it wrong Create, You need to order the sim to then text an entry to enter, ordering a sim isn't automatic entry.

I might be totally wrong though

For car

The winners will be invited to officially receive their prizes at the Lycamobile Head Office in London (dates to be confirmed).
After the handover the Grand prize “car” will have to be taken by the winner or their representative. The driver must be aged 18 or over with a full UK Drivers licence and valid UK Car Insurance..
The Grand prize “car” winner may/could be the 2nd registered owner on the DVLA log book; however the car may have a small mileage recorded at point of collection due to manufacturing & delivery miles to our office in London, E14 9SG.
The Grand prize “car” winner will be expected to take full responsibility and to cover any incurring costs after the car has been handed over.
The Grand prize “car” winner will be required to provide their (i) driving licence, (ii) passport or birth certificate, and (iii) certificate of comprehensive car insurance cover to Lycamobile prior to or at the time of collecting the Prize. The Winner must comply with all instructions and necessary requirements as may be specified by Lycamobile to receive the Prize and to transfer ownership of the Prize to the Winner, including but not limited to, paying any required charges and/or costs which are not included in the Prize (in respect of any optional additions requested by the Winner; the cost of which is the responsibility of the Winner) and completing any required forms and paperwork.
