Definitely do NOT give up! I have won loads of stuff in the past few months...

    £150 car seat
    £99 Nintendo DS
    £450 Website

In the last few weeks.. crate of wine this morning.. loads of twitter wins, goodie bags etc..

    Several thousands worth of stuff.

I would re-evaluate how you comp to be honest.

You should be doing twitter daily, lots of comps. You should be doing dailies in the morning or spending an hour on them. You should be comping by end date...

IF you need any help message me and I will give you some tips... you may need to quicken up.

LOADS of people are winning loads... x

I think it really depends on what you define as a lot. This seems to vary considerably from person to person.

For example, I easily do approx 150-250 comps per day (depending on the day). And I consider that a lot. Whereas my brother entered 15 in one day once and thought that was a lot.

Personally, my average win rate is about 1 in 1000, but it all depends on luck of the draw.

Effort comps provide better odds usually. And local competitions have been very lucky for me (again, better odds).
    February wins: Theatre tickets
  • I did do the mag daily ones for a while as well but got the hump with those too because of the tick boxes after each entry.

Nope I will keep going but I might have to tweek how and what I do as its obviously not working but I will not give up as I love having that little bit of hope every time I enter.

    Thanks for all your replies

I definitely wont give up and I am going to re-evaluate how I do it although not quite sure how to do that but I'll get there hopefully...
  • I enter for the enjoyment factor and only for things I want/need or can give as presents or donations.

I don't win much but if it takes over too much time then perhaps look at what you are entering and cut back a bit - should be fun
  • Just a quick question if I may when people say they enter 100's each day do you include each seperate click to win in that number? Sorry if I'm being thick but I cant imagine ever getting the time to enter any more than I already do although ive never added up how many I actually do so I might start off and try and count them all tomorrow.

It would just be so lovely to have even a little win at the moment and it would also get my grumpy husband off my back about comping so much.

Do you realise that there is sometimes just one prize (usually the big prizes) shared across all of those click to win sites ? Therefore you may be entering hundreds of times in the month for the chance at just one prize ?
It would probably be better to vary your entries and include, web, twitter, facebook etc and give yourself more of a chance.
When I count entries it's just the once. I do try to cover the click to wins in the course of the month but only enter once on each site and will only count the one time for the one prize. I enter 200 individual comps daily and win fairly regularly.

If you enter all the click to wins then you are entering around 1,400 a day just with those.

With some of the click to wins you have the potential to enter over 2,000 times for one prize - I would rather have one entry into 2,000 different competitions.
