I'm not sure....

Hi,
I have been reading these threads about mortgage admin claims back, I have just sold my house and am not purchasing another on, I had to pay £3000 in early repayment charges :mad: , but I know thats the way it goes but there was also a £199 admin fee (exit I think) I was with yorkshire b/s, any help plase, can I claim it back?????:D

    You can claim back the difference between the exit fee you were quoted when you took the mortgage out and the one you paid when you changed (if it was indeed different).

    The ERC cannot be claimed.
