Alternatively you can email your name and contact telephone number to friends@joules.com to enter. By uploading your Photo you confirm that you own the copyright in the Photo or have the permission of the copyright owner to enter this competition. You hereby authorize Joules to use the Photo on our website and social networking sites. We reserve the right to request proof of copyright ownership. You will not be entitled to any form of payment for us using your Photo as set out in these terms and conditions. If we suffer any loss as a result of you not having the aforementioned rights, you will be responsible to us for any such loss. 6. Joules cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction. 7. Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 16 or over. We may need to see proof of age. Using false details will result in disqualification. 8. No bulk or third party entries shall be accepted. 9. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Joules, any person directly or indirectly involved with Joules or the running of the competition, or their direct family members. 10. The final closing date for entries is Tuesday 23rd December 2014 at 23.59. No entries will be accepted after this time. 11. 1 winner will be selected at random weekly, winners will be announce 31/10/14, 7/11/14, 14/11/14, 21/11/14, 28/11/14, 5/12/14, 12/12/14, 19/12/14, 26/12. 12. The winner must then contact Joules to claim their Prize within 48 hours of the date of the message by Joules to the winner. Only the winners will be contacted personally. 13. If a Prize remains unclaimed in the time frame stated above, the Prize shall be forfeited and Joules reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to the next entrant picked at random. Joules may repeat this process until such time as the Prize is claimed within the relevant 48 hour period. 15. There will be no cash alternative. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred. 16. Joules reserve the right to: (i) substitute a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value at any time; and (ii) cancel or change this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in the reasonable opinion of Joules. 17. Joules decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 18. The winners may be required to participate in publicity and the competition and Photo may appear in other promotional materials. The winners’ name and county will be available once the Prize has been claimed by contacting joulesteam@joules.com. 19. Joules cannot guarantee that the Prize will be free from all disruptions, failings and/or errors. 20. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition. 21.
