• To participate, entrants must visit the Halloween Hunt application on the redspottedhanky.com Facebook page, play the game according to the instructions provided and fill in the entry form on game completion.
• No purchase necessary to enter. redspottedhanky.com cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route and accepts no responsibility for non-receipt or late receipt of entries due to technical difficulties. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• The promotion opens at 1030 GMT on Wednesday 22nd October 2014 and closes at 10:29 GMT on Saturday 1st November 2014.

Winner selection

• There will be ten prize draws throughout the promotion. Each of the draws will take place at 16:30 on the days specified below:
• Draw 1 will include all entries made between 1030 GMT on Wednesday 22nd October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Thursday 23rd October 2014
• Draw 2 will include all entries made between 1030 GMT on Thursday 23rd October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Friday 24th October 2014
• Draw 3 will include all entries made between 1030 GMT on Friday 24th October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Saturday 25th October 2014
• Draw 4 will include all entries made between 1030 GMT on Saturday 25th October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Sunday 26th October 2014
• Draw 5 will include all entries made between 1030 GMT on Sunday 26th October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Monday 27th October 2014
• Draw 6 will include all entries made between 1000 GMT on Monday 27th October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Tuesday 28th October 2014
• Draw 7 will include all entries made between 1030 GMT on Tuesday 28th October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Wednesday 29th October 2014
• Draw 8 will include all entries made between 1030 GMT on Wednesday 29th October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Thursday 30th October 2014
• Draw 9 will include all entries made between 1000 GMT on Thursday 30th October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Friday 31st October 2014
• Draw 10 will include all entries made between 1030 GMT on Friday 31st October 2014 and 1029 GMT on Saturday 1st November 2014
• There will be three types of winner – top scorers, random winners and an overall top scorer
• Daily Top scorers will be taken from the top ranking score on the leaderboard at the time of the draw. There will be one top scorer in each draw and ten top scorers in total. Only the highest scoring game for each player will be taken into account and the leaderboard will be reset following each draw. In the event of a tie winner selection will be based upon time of gameplay. An individual can only be a daily top scorer once for the duration of the promotion.
• Random winners will be selected from all valid entrants received at the time of the draw by way of a random number generator. There will be five random winners in each draw and fifty random winners in total. Each entrant will receive one entry into the draw.
• The overall top scorer will be selected from the top ranking scores on the overall leaderboard at the end of the competition, this will include all entrants from draw 1 to 10. There will be one overall top scorer in total. Only the highest scoring game for each player will be taken into account. All entrants who complete the game and fill in the entry form are eligible to be chosen as an overall top scorer.
• Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form by Friday 7th November 2014. If a winner cannot be contacted by Friday 14th November 2014, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize. A new winner will not be selected.
• Details of the winners (name and county) will be made available on request to those emailing talktous@redspottedhanky.com, and may be announced on the redspottedhanky.com website and social channels.

Prizes

• The prizes for each type of winner are as follows:
• Random winners will receive one red spotted hanky. There will be fifty red spotted hanky prizes in total and one per random winner.
• Daily Top scorers will receive 1x redspottedhanky.com plush toy character and one £5 e-voucher to be redeemed at redspottedhanky.com - terms apply, see details below. There will be ten prizes in total and one per top scorer. Each e-voucher amounts to a total value of £5.00 to be redeemed against the cost of future UK train travel with redspottedhanky.com, including any rail destination within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), excluding sleeper services.
• The overall winner will receive one £20 e-voucher to be redeemed at redspottedhanky.com - terms apply, see details below and a redspottedhanky.com goody bag containing 4x plush toys and 1x red spotted hanky. The e-voucher amounts to a total value of £20.00 to be redeemed against the cost of future UK train travel with redspottedhanky.com, including any rail destination within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), excluding sleeper services.
• All prizes are subject to availability and redspottedhanky.com reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes in whole or in part and prizes are not transferable.
• Prizes will be dispatched by Friday 21st November 2014 to the email and delivery address provided by the winner.

E-voucher terms

• If your train ticket price is below the value of the e-voucher then the balance will be retained on the e-voucher until the expiry date. If the ticket price is greater than the e-voucher then all the e-voucher balance will be used. e-vouchers can be used in conjunction with Railcards.
• Please note that e-vouchers CANNOT be used through the redspottedhanky.com mobile app or mobile website.
• e-vouchers are personal to the account holder and the account to which they have been allocated. e-vouchers cannot be transferred to any other person or account, nor can they be traded in any way.
• e-vouchers must be redeemed by midnight GMT on Sunday 14th December 2014. After this date they will expire and cannot be used or recovered. e-vouchers cannot be redeemed in cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• redspottedhanky.com accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to registration or credit redemption.

Restrictions and limitations

• The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of redspottedhanky.com, its associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.
• Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the discretion of redspottedhanky.com. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group, entries automatically generated by computer or bulk entries will be accepted.
