Email comp links ?

I'm just back from a short holiday (Win .. yippee! )and have noticed that the email link competitions are now not filling in the email address for me... they were doing this last week ?? It still links to my email addy but I'm having to fill in the competition address.

Is this an MSE glitch or have I faffed up something on my computer without realising?

Mine is doing the same, it used to fill itself in but now I have to do it myself, I thought it was my laptop as well.

If it is also failing to do it directly from the 3rd party website then it something to do with your PC/settings and nothing to do with MSE.

eg.

A) Go to THIS COMP and click on the email address below the picture.

Try clicking on competitions@thelatest.co.uk

Thanks One-Eye, neither of those are filling in the address, but they were doing so before I went on holiday ??
Could it be a change by BT internet as I don't recall doing anything myself to change this.

It's the same with me too - changed last time there was a windows update

I use hotmail and for a few years now, I have not been able to click on email links, I have to copy and past the email address and draft a new email.

These are my settings in Windows 7 - other operating systems will have similar settings.

My settings in Windows 7 are the same as yours but neither of those e-mail addresses filled in for me either.
gizmobenny I'm not on BT internet so I don't think it's that.
It could be a windows update I'm not sure when my last update was.

I changed from my yahoo account to my gmail one & it now works
