This is a new comp on the site today so I am a but puzzled re: starting at 00:01 on 4th September 2014

1. This is a prize giveaway and is free to enter.
2. The prize giveaway will run daily, starting at 00:01 on 4th September 2014 and ending at 23:59 on 31st December 2014.
3. To enter the prize giveaway entrants must text ‘Magic’ followed by a space and then your surname to 51500. Standard network rates apply. Texts to this number may not be included in any bundle of free texts, text package and/or talk plan. Please check with your network operator. Please ensure you have the permission of the person who pays the mobile phone bill before submitting a text. Entrants will not be charged for receiving the confirmation SMS.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted per day per phone. Any additional entries may still be charged by the telephone network operator, but will not have a chance to win. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using multiple mobile phones or any other means to circumvent this condition, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
5. All winners will be drawn after the closing date. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 5 days of being appointed as such. In the event that a selected winner does not initially respond to the contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make one further attempt to contact that winner. If the winner does not respond to the second contact made by the Promoter within 30 days of such contact, that winner’s claim to the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected. Failure to claim the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions will lead to the winner forfeiting his/her claim to the prize.
6. There is no cash alternative for the prizes, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a similar gift of equal or greater value.
7. Ten (10) winners will each win a holiday to Disneyland Paris for a maximum of four (4) people including;Two (2) nights’ stay sharing one (1) standard room at a Disney Hotel (excluding the Disneyland Hotel) including continental breakfast
   Three (3) days tickets to both Disney Parks for the duration of the winners’ stay (subject to capacity)
   Eligibility criteria: entrants must be 18 years or over or have the permission of the bill payer. Employees and staff of Promotion Partner and their respective families and any agencies or persons connected to the Prize Competition are excluded from entering.
   Travel costs will be covered via train from their nearest train station.
   Prize must be used with 12 months.
   Meals, spending money and travel insurance are not included.
8. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Prize is also subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, their agents, and the terms of the venue.
