The Star Prize is a trip to New York for the winner and a guest (both of over 21 years of age) and includes:

• Return economy flights – London / New York
• Return transfers – New York airport / hotel
• 3 nights 4* hotel accommodation at the luxury Hudson Hotel (sharing a standard room)
• Private Ninja lesson
• Helicopter flight over New York
• Climbing OR high ropes experience
• $300 USD spending money (in total)
• New York guidebook (x1)
• Comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions)
• Prize winner management
• As a condition of the Star Prize, the winner and guest must travel together and must both be over 21 years old.
• All locations and dates are subject to availability.
• Travel must be completed by 31st July 2015 excluding travel on or over Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays. The stay must include a Saturday night.
• Pizza Hut and the travel provider (ProTravel) accept no responsibility for hotels / packages / activities / airlines etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Protravel will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative of equal standard.
• Any amendments made by the winner and their guest after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges. Some amendments may not be possible.
• Valid passports and visas are the sole responsibility and cost of the winner. An ESTA visa waiver is required for travel to the USA at a cost of $14 USD per person.
• Transport between home and the airport is the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest.
• Bookings must be made through ProTravel, P&MM Ltd, Avalon House, Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LD (ABTA number: G0642).
• Bookings must be made at least 4 weeks (28 days) in advance of travelling.
• Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize but will exclude any pre-existing or ongoing medical conditions. Travel insurance covers travellers up to and including the age of 79 only.
• In the event of cancellation you will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
• Some activities are seasonal or may only operate on certain dates; in the event of activities not being available a suitable alternative will be offered.
• Responsibility for the execution of any elements of the Star Prize will lie with the relevant service provider, as appropriate, and not with Pizza Hut.
• All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out above will be at the expense of the winner and their guest, these include but are not limited to transfers to the UK airport, meals, drinks, visas and gratuities.

(2) Second Prize – One Ninja London Prize for 4 adults (the “Second Prize”)

The Second Prize is one Ninja London prize for the winner and three guests and includes:

• £150 travel allowance (in total)
• Monster speedboat experience on the Thames
• Ice OR rock climbing experience
• Private screening of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie (provided by Paramount)
• Pizza Hut pizza feast with drinks
• 1 x Hero 3 GoPro HD camera
• Prize winner management
• Unless otherwise stated, the prize offered is for 4 adults travelling together all of which must be over 18 years old.
• All locations and dates are subject to availability.
• Travel must be completed by 31st July 2015 excluding travel on or over Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays.

• Accommodation is not included in the Second Prize.
• Some activities are seasonal or may only operate on certain dates; in the event of activities not being available a suitable alternative will be offered.
• Responsibility for the execution of any elements of the Star Prize will lie with the relevant service provider, as appropriate, and not with Pizza Hut.
• All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated package description will be at the winner’s expense, these include but are not limited to accommodation, transfers to the destination, meals, drinks and gratuities.

(3) Third Prize – Three Tech Bundles (the “Third Prize”)

• Three winners will each receive a consumer electrics bundle, comprising of one games console and a copy of the official Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game
• Please note that these are subject to availability and replacement if the item is no longer available.
• Tech Bundle prizes shall be sent to the winners by AV Corporation Ltd.

WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW – Fifty Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles PRIZE PACKS!

• This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK & Ireland aged 18 or over except for employees and agencies of Paramount UK or Pizza Hut UK & Ireland (registered as Yum! III (UK) Limited) and its franchisees (“Pizza Hut”).
• Entrants must enter online at www.legendaryprizes.com. no purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
• Two winners will be selected each week during the period 29 September 2014 to 23 November 2014 at random by an independent person. The judge’s decision shall be final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
• The closing date for all entries shall be 23 November 2014. The time of the entry will be the time of receipt of the entry as recorded by Pizza Hut. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
• Each winner will receive one Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles prize pack including an activity/double-sided poster, a back catalogue DVD, an air freshener and a pizza cutter.
• Any potential winner will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.
• Pizza Hut reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random and re-allocate prizes, in circumstances where the entrant cannot be contacted on the details provided or has not acknowledged Pizza Hut’s notification that the entrant is a draw winner within 28 days from such notification or where the entrant fails to comply with any provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
• All prizes stated are subject to availability. If a prize stated is unavailable or discontinued, then such prize can be replaced for a prize of similar or equal value.
• By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The winners will be notified in writing / by phone / by email using the details provided by the entrant within 28 days of the closing date.
