1. One first prize winner will be awarded the top prize of dinner for themselves and nine (9) friends to take place on the top of Tower Bridge. The prize includes:
   - A glass of champagne on board a speedboat to the venue.
   - A cocktail upon arrival at Tower Bridge.
   - A three course dinner for the winner and their nine friends including four bottles of white wine and four bottles of red wine, soft drinks and S.Pellegrino water.
   The prize must be taken by no later than end of October 2015, subject to availability. Exclusion dates may apply and the final date of the dinner will be by mutual agreement between the winner, the venue and the Promoter. Due to the nature of the event, the winner and all their guests must all be aged 18 years and over. The prize does not include travel to and from London or accommodation. Any expenses incurred in taking up the prize will be the responsibility of the winner and their guests. The Promoter reserves the right to change the venue, or any part of the prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control.
