1. This notonthehighstreet.com prize draw is open to
residents of the UK, Channel Islands,
Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over,
except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and
Not on the High Street Enterprises Limited (NOTHS) their families,
agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and
that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entries must be submitted via completion of an online quiz
located at www.telegraph.co.uk/notonthehighstreet and entry is restricted to one per person.
Entrants must provide the following data; title, first name, surname, contact number and email address.
Once submitted, entries will be entered into a free weekly prize draw and cannot be amended in any way.

4. Late, illegible, inaudible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through
agencies and third parties will not be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will
not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
The winner’s’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to NOTHS Winners,
Telegraph Create Department, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 0DT
on the Monday after each weekly prize draw.

5. The competition shall open on August 15, 2014 and shall end on September 19, 2014
(competition period), resulting in weekly prize draws on;

[STRIKE]September 5, 2014, [/STRIKE]
September 12, 2014 and
September 19, 2014.

6. All entries must be received by each Friday at 8pm during the competition period.

7. Telegraph Media Group Limited shall provide NOTHS with the winners’ name
and contact email at the end of each weekly prize draw.
NOTHS will then contact the winners within seven working days of the closing date of the prize draw.
The winner will then have seven days from the date NOTHS contacted them to choose and
confirm each winner’s product choices up to the value of £400.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner
be unable to accept the prize,
the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8. One winner per week during the competition period will each be given an opportunity to go on the notonthehighstreet.com website and select up to £400 worth of products, without restriction.

9. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

10. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.

11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize
impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the
Promoter may at its absolute
discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall
attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

12. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion,
which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw.
All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of NOTHS.
