To celebrate the launch of 123 World we’re giving you the chance to win a holiday PLUS a personal meet and greet with Rory.

Our winner will be invited a 123 World event in London on 18th September 2014.

At the event Rory will decide our winner’s holiday destination by driving a golf ball towards a 123 World globe floating on the Thames. Whichever zone Rory hits decides the destination of the holiday!

Prizes are:

a) Rory Event – One expenses paid trip to the Rory McIlroy 123 World Event on 18th of September 2014 in London,(“the London Event”) where they will receive a goody bag and meet Rory McIlroy in person. The Promoter will cover reasonable travel expenses to the London event for the winner, these to be agreed by the Promoter in advance of travel. A holiday voucher with Love2Travel worth up to £5,000 (“the holiday voucher”). The value of the holiday voucher will be decided by Rory McIlroy as set out below at the London Event taking place Potters Field Park, SE1 2AA from 10am onwards. Rory McIlroy will drive a golf ball towards Santander’s special competition target floating on the Thames. The target will be divided into 3 zones, and whichever zone Rory hits determines the value of your holiday voucher as follows:

i. Zone N America and S America – Holiday voucher worth £4k

ii. Zone Europe, Africa, part of Asia – Holiday voucher worth £3k

iii. Zone rest of the world - Holiday voucher worth £5k

The winner of the Rory Event Prize Draw will need to attend on the day of the London Event at the location stated above before 10am with photo ID to prove they are the winner.

b) Daily Prize Draw - £123 won by one entrant daily until 12th September 2014 Each Daily Prize Draw winner will be chosen by random computer selection from all the entries received on the day of that draw.

6. The Love2Travel giftcard will expire on the date printed on the Card following. The card will no longer be valid after this date and neither the winner nor any other person will be able to use the Card.

7. It is the responsibility of those travelling on the holiday booked using the holiday voucher to check they are in possession of valid passport(s) and meet all visa requirements of the countries to which they wish to travel. Travel insurance will be the responsibility of those travelling.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prizes listed above at its discretion.

9. The Rory Event Prize Draw winner will be chosen by random computer selection from all the entries received at 1pm on 12th of September 2014. Once the last Daily Prize Draw has taken place on 12th September no further entries will be accepted into the draw for the Rory Event Prize Draw and both will be considered closed.

10. Entries will be accepted into the Daily Prize Draw and the Rory Event Prize Draw from 5pm on 5th September 2014 until 11.59am on 12th September 2014. The date and time of entry registration will be automatically recorded.

11. Only one entry per person is permitted.

12. Entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or entries which are delayed, duplicated, incomplete, illegible or lost through technical problems will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for such entries. Proof of submission online will not be accepted as proof of entry.

13. Entries suspected to be automatically submitted by scripts or attributable to Facebook user accounts which contravene Facebook’s Terms and Conditions will be deemed null and void and will be removed from the Prize Draw.

14. The Daily Prize Draws will take place daily from at 12pm on 6th September to 12pm on 12th September 2014 and one winner will be randomly selected by computer each day at midday from all entries received that day. Once a Daily Prize Draw winner is selected, that day’s Daily Prize Draw then closes and no further entries for that day will be permitted. Entrants are automatically entered into all subsequent Daily Prize Draws and the Rory Event Prize Draw.

15. Daily Prize Draw winners will be notified by email daily from the 8th September 2014. The Rory Event Prize Draw winner will be notified by email and/or telephone by 2pm on 12th September 2014. The names of Daily Prize Draw winners and the Grand Prize Draw winner will be published on the Santander UK Facebook page timeline and will also be available by writing to Santander Facebook Launch Prize draw, Santander, Brand and Communication Floor 3, Santander UK plc, 201 Grafton Gate East, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 1AN.

16. Winners of the Daily Prize Draw will be paid by cheque, made payable to the name provided on the application entry form. The winning cheques will be sent within 28 days of the prize draw closing date. If a cheque is not cashed within 6 months it will no longer be valid and the prize monies will be forfeited.

17. Prize winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with these prize draws, including their name being published on the Santander UK Facebook page.

18. No alternative prize to any of the draws described above is available. Prizes are not transferable. No cash alternative is available to the prize winner of the Rory Event Prize Draw.

19. The promoter is Santander UK plc, 2 Triton Square, Regent's Place, London, NW1 3AN, United Kingdom.

20. The Daily Prize Draw and Rory Event Prize Draw will be provided by the Promoter. Any collected data will be used exclusively for providing entrants with their prizes.

21. If the Rory Event Prize remains unclaimed or any details unconfirmed by 5pm on 15th September 2014, after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will redraw the winner.

22. If a Daily Prize Draw prize is unclaimed after 7 days and reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any rules of the Promotion or any Prizes offered or cancel the Promotion without prior notice if it is unable to run the Promotion due to reasons beyond its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.

25. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the prize draws.

26. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.

27. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the Promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.

28. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.

29. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion unless you have agreed to its use for any other purpose.
