1. Entry to prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, except employees and the immediate family of Tesco Head Office, Cedar Communications, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw.
2. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23.55 on Monday 6 October 2014.
3. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independently verified computer system. The winner will be notified by post, email or phone within 28 days of the closing date.
4. The prize is a seven-night self-catering holiday for four people (minimum of one adult aged 25+) sharing a three-bedroom Villa Caruso in Lake Maggiore, Italy. The prize includes an economy car hire for eight days, four economy return flights from London (airport dependent on dates) to Milan Malpensa, Italy, airport taxes, passenger duty, one piece of hold baggage up to 20kgs per person and food hamper up to the value of £100 on arrival at the villa. Car hire provider will be confirmed prior to travel. One economy rental car to fit four people with third party car insurance, unlimited mileage, theft waiver and all local taxes to be collected from Milan Malpensa airport, Italy on arrival and dropped off on departure. One adult must be aged 25 or over and hold and present a full UK driving license (both parts) for economy car hire. On collection of the car the main driver will be asked to leave an imprint of a valid credit card in their name. In the event of damage to the car an insurance excess of between €900 and €1,500 is payable by the winner locally but may be recovered on return to the UK on production of documentation in accordance with the insurance policy. A delivery of Authentic Italian Gelato worth £25 in the winner’s flavour of choice will be delivered to the winner’s home address, on a pre-arranged date, prior to holiday departure is also included.
5. The holiday must be taken by 8 November 2015, excluding 23 - 31 May 2015 and 1 July – 31 August 2015. Flights and accommodation are both subject to availability and may not be available on all dates during this period.
6. The prize winner is responsible for organising valid passport(s) and for securing any necessary visas or complying with other regulations prior to departure.
7. Travel insurance is included for four people for the duration of the trip to Italy, subject to the insurance providers terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the winner and/their guests to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover where they would not be covered by this insurance including any pre-existing medical condition and if they or their guests are aged 74 years or over.
8. The prize does not include travel other than stated, fuel, motorway tolls, additional drivers for car hire, meals and beverages other than stated, spending money, personal expenses, activities for which a fee is payable and any other expenditure.
9. Neither Tesco or the prize supplier are liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described, insofar as such liability can be limited in law.
