Eligibility
The Prize Draw is being run weekly for four weeks (dates outlined below) and is open to customers who successfully submit their Trade-In items by mobile or on-site. There is a separate prize draw each week and customers are able to participate in every week of the competition if they would like to. Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). Employees of the Amazon group of companies and of their affiliates and advisors, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions (and any amendments to them) which are final and binding in all respects. Entrants must be 18 years or over.


Prizes

There will be 4 prize draws and there is no limit to the amount of weeks customers can enter the prize draw. The prizes vary by week. For week 2, 3 and week 4 the prize is a £1,000 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. Each Prize carries no cash value and is non-transferable.

- Prize Draw Week 1: x2 Ed Sheeran concert tickets to his O2 arena tour on 15 October, 2014 at 6.30pm.

- Prize Draw Week 2: x1 £1,000 Amazon Gift Card

- Prize Draw Week 3: x1 £1,000 Amazon Gift Card.

- Prize Draw Week 4: x1 £1,000 Amazon Gift Card.


Prize Entry Dates

Each of the four weeks constitutes a separate “Prize Draw Period”. Those Prize Draw Periods are:

- Prize Draw Week 1: between 00:00 GMT on 25 August, 2014 and 23:59 GMT on 31 August, 2014.

- Prize Draw Week 2: between 00:00 GMT on 1 September, 2014 and 23:59 GMT on 7 September 7, 2014.

- Prize Draw Week 3: between 00:00 GMT on 8 September, 2014 and 23:59 GMT on 14 September 14, 2014.

- Prize Draw Week 4: between 00:00 GMT on 15 September, 2014 and 23:59 GMT on 21 September, 2014.


Prize Draw Dates

The prizes will be drawn on the below dates for each weekly prize draw:

- For Prize Draw Week 1 25 September, 2014.

- For Prize Draw Week 2: 2 October, 2014.

- For Prize Draw Week 3: 9 October, 2014.

- For Prize Draw Week 4: 16 October, 2014.


Entries
To enter the Prize Draw you must submit eligible items from the Video Games and/or Books Amazon.co.uk stores in a single Trade-In submission by mobile or on-site within the Prize Draw Period (a “Qualifying Submission”).

- You must post your items within seven (7) days of submission, as per the Trade-In Terms and Conditions. If you subsequently cancel your submission, the cancelled submission will not qualify for the Prize Draw.
- Eligible products that you submit for trade-in must be accepted in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria. Any product rejected in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria will not qualify as part of the Trade-In submission.

Once you have submitted a Qualifying Submission you will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw. All entries are deemed to be entered into the Prize Draw on the day of receipt of your Qualifying Submission. If you have any queries please contact us using our online email form.

Amazon.co.uk will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive a Qualifying Submission due to conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged submissions or transmissions; (c) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Amazon.co.uk, or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.


Winner Selection

The Prize winners will be selected randomly by Amazon.co.uk after the Prize Draw Period. The winners will be notified by email within five (5) days of being selected.
